Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a Pre- Litigation Attorney to join their firm. The ideal candidate is passionate about seeking justice for injured individuals and will play a critical role in providing strategic legal guidance and representation during the pre-litigation phase of personal injury cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support and advice to clients regarding their injury claims.
- Meet with clients regularly to gather information, provide updates, and offer guidance.
- Advise clients on legal rights, responsibilities, and best conduct.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to resolve cases favorably.
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, contracts, and settlement agreements, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Help clients understand their legal options, potential outcomes, and risks involved.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, and legal procedures.
- Build and maintain strong, trustworthy client relationships.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
- Prioritize client service and representation with a high level of professionalism.
- Assist clients with the execution and finalization of legal agreements.
- Stay informed about current legislation and legal developments relevant to personal injury law.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Florida.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law or civil litigation (pre-litigation experience strongly preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred.
