Could Some of the $1.6 Million in Unclaimed Money at the Clerk’s Office Belong to You?

WEST PALM BEACH, FL (July 31, 2026) – More than $1.6 million in unclaimed funds belonging to people and businesses in Palm Beach County are now available to claim from the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, Palm Beach County.
Whether it’s an uncashed juror check or a forgotten deposit, the Clerk’s office is here to help connect people with the money they are owed.
“Don’t leave money on the table,” said Clerk Mike Caruso, C.P.A. “I encourage residents to check our website to see if any of the money we are holding belongs to you. We’re Here to Help you reclaim what is rightfully yours.”
Businesses and individuals in Palm Beach County can search lists on the Clerk’s office website at www.mypalmbeachclerk.com to see if they may be due unclaimed monies. These lists include residents and organizations whose unclaimed vendor payments, refunds, deposits, juror checks and cash bonds were never cashed, and were collected prior to January 1, 2025.
To check the lists and for claim instructions, go to http://www.mypalmbeachclerk.com/unclaimed and search by name or case number. You do not need to use a third-party company to claim your money.
The deadline for submitting a claim is September 1, 2026.
