Lecture and Hands-On Presented By DR. MICHAEL SCHERER
COURSE OVERVIEW: Participants will attend a LIVE hands-on course that encompasses evidence and clinical based lecture theory including a hands-on workshop with full arch dental implant diagnosis, treatment planning and clinical procedures. This one and a half day in-person program is designed for clinicians who would like to both treatment plan and treat implant retained removable and fixed prosthodontics. This course emphasizes didactic and hands-on training for the successful treatment of the edentulous patient utilizing contemporary implant-retained, tissue supported treatment options.

Understand principles, theory and procedures of full arch reconstruction
Acquire knowledge and confidence in surgical and restorative procedures for implant overdentures & fixed restorations
Obtain exposure to treatment planning procedures and digital workflows
Become experienced with restorative techniques to restore implant overdentures and full arch fixed cases
DR. MICHAEL SCHERER is an Assistant Clinical Professor at Loma Linda University, a Clinical Instructor at the University of Nevada and maintains a practice for prosthodontics and implant dentistry in Sonora, California. He is a fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists, has published articles, a DVD training series, and created full-online courses related to implant dentistry, clinical prosthodontics and digital technology with a special emphasis on implant overdentures. Dr. Scherer’s involvement in digital implant dentistry has led him to develop and utilize new technology with CAD/CAM surgical systems, implement interactive CBCT implant planning and create outside of the box radiographic imaging concepts.
