Johann is a Partner at 11-2 Ventures and RedBlue Consulting Services, where he serves as a Fractional CTO helping startups and Fortune 500 companies bring AI into production and translate it into measurable business value. His work centers on developing and deploying the AI, machine learning, and computer vision software that powers robotics and drone systems, as well as advancing agentic AI solutions in real operational environments. He also builds scalable standards and processes that enable large global engineering teams to deliver AI solutions with consistency, reliability, and impact.
