The American Heart Association, a relentless force changing the future of health for everyone everywhere, recently announced the 2026 Palm Beach County and Treasure Coast Executives with Heart members. Executives with Heart is a community-wide challenge uniting corporate leaders to create a healthier, more prepared workforce and ensure at least one person in every household is prepared to save a life with CPR. Over the next six months, these leaders will rally their networks to support Association efforts and drive heart health awareness and CPR education in the community. The challenge will conclude with a celebration at the Palm Beach County Heart Walk at the Meyer Amphitheater in West Palm Beach, where the top Executives with Heart members will be recognized.
More than 2,000 business and community leaders across the nation make up Executives with Heart, all dedicated to eradicating heart disease and stroke. Most members engage their employees in Heart Walk to bring health and well-being and CPR readiness to the forefront of the workplace experience. Here in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast, the 2025 Executives with Heart saw 50 executives commit to creating longer, healthier lives. This year, the Executives with Heart Chair is Thomas Hoban, Jr., President and CIO of Kitson & Partners. Tom has set the goal to have 70 individuals join him this year.
“I accepted this role because the mission is deeply personal to me,” Hoban says. “Over the years, I have heard many stories of lives saved by quick action and CPR—and I have also seen friends, colleagues, and my own family members impacted by heart disease. Those experiences motivated me to get involved, and to help expand access to CPR education throughout our community.”
