Jupiter Medical Center (JMC) has been recognized as a Forbes Top Hospital 4-Star Honoree. This prestigious designation underscores the hospital’s commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and clinical excellence. This national recognition places Jupiter Medical Center among the most trusted and highest-performing hospitals in the country.
The Forbes Top Hospital rating system, developed in partnership with leading healthcare measurement experts and the analytics firm Inovalon, evaluates hospitals using validated data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The methodology emphasizes clinical patient outcomes, including rates of mortality, survival, infection, and readmissions, and adjusts for social drivers of health to ensure fair comparisons across communities. Out of approximately 5,400 eligible hospitals nationwide, less than 10 percent received a 4-star rating. Notably, Jupiter Medical Center was the only hospital in Palm Beach, Martin, or St. Lucie counties to earn this distinction.
“Being named a Forbes Top Hospital affirms the standards we hold ourselves to every day—exceptional outcomes, compassionate care, and an unwavering focus on patient safety, said Amit Rastogi, MD, MHCM, President and CEO of Jupiter Medical Center. “This recognition reflects the deep commitment our entire team brings to the community we serve.”
The Forbes designation joins a growing list of recent accolades for Jupiter Medical Center, including being named to Newsweek’s World’s Best Hospitals list, and earning an ‘A’ Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group for its commitment to patient safety and quality care.
Jupiter Medical Center continues to lead the region in advanced treatments, cutting-edge technology, and patient-centered services, ensuring that the community has access to the highest standards of care.
