Job Description
Rapidly expanding CHRISTIAN payment technology company in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, has an immediate opening for a full time, permanent Content Marketing Manager.
 
The Content Marketing Manager will manage the content marketing strategy and will be responsible for communications planning and implementation for brand and growth campaigns. Day-to-day, the Content Marketing Manager will liaise with internal stakeholders to inform campaign development outlining goals and objectives, target audience, channel mix, and measures of success, and solicit input for content development for branding campaigns, revenue generation and sales enablement tools.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Build and execute Revere Payments content marketing strategy for its suite of Payments Technology solutions.  This will involve working with the senior leaders within the company to develop assets. 
  • Working with Sales, Product, Client Success, and Marketing to develop written content and messaging that’s articulate, consumable, and highly impactful to new and prospective merchants. 
  • Ensure quality content standards are met for website, blog posts, social media and email campaign materials produced and released.
  • Develop, support, and deliver content performance results to key internal stakeholders.
  • Become the recognized and acknowledged expert on content marketing, regularly developing thought leadership content that delivers results.
  • Regular interaction with senior management or executives to assess needs and prioritize the development of future content and communication channels.
  • As the first content marketing manager at Revere Payments to focus on the company’s Payments and Technology products, the Content Marketing Manager has the opportunity to build the program from the ground up while working across a number of senior stakeholders, building strong communication assets, testing and conducting multiple campaign channels at a time. It's imperative to this role's success to be able to navigate ambiguity and pivot quickly to achieve success.
Requirements: 
  • 2 - 4+ years of content marketing experience 
  • A passion for Payments Ecosystems and an innate ability to transform complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand messaging and materials.
  • Experience in a highly data-driven marketing organization. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience with tools like Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, ExactTarget, Braze, or Pardot preferred.
  • A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility, proficiency, and proven success delivering measurable marketing results on a global scale.
  • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
  • Payments or related Fintech industry experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
