We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Commercial Litigation Trial Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 5+ years of litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation and courtroom support. You will play a critical role in managing complex commercial cases from inception through trial, working closely with attorneys and clients in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

- Support attorneys in all phases of commercial litigation, including case intake, discovery, motion practice, and trial.
- Draft and manage pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and trial exhibits.
- Coordinate and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and document production.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
- Assist with trial logistics, including courtroom setup and technology coordination.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising attorney or law firm manager.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial litigation, with trial exposure.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court rules (state and federal).
- Proficiency in legal software.
- Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Paralegal certification or degree preferred.
