Duties

  • Welcome guests with enthusiasm, providing clear instructions and ensuring they understand the escape room experience.
  • Facilitate game sessions by explaining rules, monitoring progress, and offering hints or assistance as needed to enhance guest enjoyment.
  • Manage daily operations including booking reservations, processing payments, and handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility to ensure a safe and inviting environment for all visitors.
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly with professionalism and positivity, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
  • Support event management efforts for special parties or corporate bookings, coordinating logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Uphold safety protocols by monitoring guest behavior and responding swiftly to any conflicts or emergencies that arise during gameplay.

Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service or guest relations within hospitality, resort, or entertainment settings.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through public speaking or storytelling.
  • Escape Room Player
  • Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere for guests and team members alike.
  • Experience in events management or coordinating group activities is highly desirable.
  • Supervisory or business management experience is a must.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems to process transactions securely.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with children and groups of all ages in lively environments.
