Rob Taylor has been a Palm Beach County resident for more than 28 years. A graduate of Jupiter High School, Rob attended the University of Florida and graduated with degrees in accounting and finance, then returning to serve the community he grew up in.
Rob applies 15 years of sophisticated knowledge in wealth management and the employee benefits business working with business owners and enterprising families, including specializations of veterinarians, construction executives, and businesses of all stripes that need estate and succession planning. This includes conceiving strategies for owners/executives who want to supplement their standard 401k and defined contribution plans while creating estate liquidity for future generations of their families. He also works with many individuals and couples transitioning into retirement with 401k assets that should be rolled into retirement accounts and prudently managed.
Rob resides in Jupiter, FL with his wife, Andrea, his daughter, Samantha, and his son, Benjamin taking advantage of South Florida living. When he is not keeping up on market trends and guiding clients, you can find him with friends and family on our beautiful beaches and golf courses.

As a special addition to this CEO Connection, Noel's daughter Bella Martinez will be interviewing him during the program. Bella is a high school senior and serves as the Student Body President at Seminole Ridge Community High School.
About Noel:
Noel Martinez is the President and CEO of the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce covering a 10-municipality region with approximately 850 member organizations. With more than 20 years serving the public and private sectors, Noel has a strong background in leadership and management development, business development, Chamber operations, and membership growth and retention.
Noel most recently served as Executive Director of Leadership Palm Beach County. He was also the Director of Sales and Business Development at Hoover Architectural Products and as Vice President of Corporate Partnership and Special Events at the Boys & Girls Club of Palm Beach County.
He has served in leadership roles throughout Palm Beach County and Florida. Noel currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches and previously held positions on the ArtiGras Fine Arts Festival Steering Committee, the Riviera Beach CRA Executive Director Advisory Council and the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Chamber Professionals.
Noel lives in Jupiter, FL. He enjoys exploring the outdoors, attending events in Palm Beach County and spending time with his two children, Gio and Bella, and his dog, Echo.
About Bella:
Bella Martinez, a senior at Seminole Ridge Community High School has been involved in volunteering her time for numerous organizations throughout her high school career. Serving as student body president her senior year, she has been in the Student Government Association for three years, as well as the National Honor Society. Additionally, Bella has been involved in a student-run philanthropy, Dance Marathon, since her 9th grade year, leading her school to raise over $53,000 for UF Health Shands Children's Hospital during her junior year and raising over $5,000 in personal funds throughout her high school career.
After graduating Leadership Palm Beach County Grow, Bella went on to intern with The Lord's Place, serving the homeless community in Palm Beach County. Seeing the magnitude of the homeless population, Bella created an organization called Loads of Love alongside one of her peers, Katrina Riesgo. Loads of Love creates and delivers care packages to those experiencing homelessness.
For her senior year, Bella has had the honor of being chosen by her school as a 2020 Community Involvement Pathfinder nominee. She intends to major in Public Relations and pursue a minor in Political Science at Florida International University with intentions of working in the nonprofit industry in the future.
