Ty Brodale studied Transcendental Meditation, Vedic Science, and Ayurveda at Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, IA from 2014 to 2017. He now is a Certified Transcendental Meditation Teacher in Palm Beach with his wife Zabrina. Before studying to teach Transcendental Meditation Ty enjoyed many different professional fields such as healthcare, farming, building & remodeling, horse training, hospitality, working and living with the Amish, and his favorite: youth wilderness therapy where he met his wife of 8 years. All the experiences brought him great satisfaction and joy but were unable to define him as a person, leaving a gap of understanding and self awareness that has since been filled through the experience and understanding of consciousness. He hopes that sharing the experience of Transcendental Meditation will multiply the experience of Self-referral  happiness in our world.

In fulfillment of this hope, Ty and Zabrina run the Quiet Time Program at Sacred Heart School in Lake Worth where 50 students and 11 staff practice Transcendental Meditation twice daily as a group. The students find it helps reduce the stress of being a young student, priming their brains for greater academic and social success!
