On Wednesday, December 9, Beale Financial Group will host a complimentary morning of education for employers at North Palm Beach Country Club, built around the decisions owners of small and mid-sized companies face heading into the new year.
The opening session covers the federal tax credits available to employers who establish or redesign a retirement plan — what qualifies, how the credits are calculated, and the timing that determines whether a business captures them. Presented by William Beale, president of Beale Financial Group, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary and SHRM Recertification Provider.
Eric Jones, Regional Vice President at Ascensus, follows on pooled employer plans and how the structure cuts administrative cost and shifts fiduciary liability away from the employer.
The morning closes with Jennifer Guenther, Senior Market Strategist at Goldman Sachs, on where artificial intelligence actually stands, what it means for hiring and headcount, and how to separate the practical from the hype.
Breakfast and networking begin at 7:30 a.m., with sessions running 8:00 to 10:00. There is no cost to attend, and HR professionals who attend can earn 2 SHRM recertification credits.
