Tyler WackmanOur Presenter: Tyler Wackman, Certified EOS Implementer®

Tyler Wackman is a Certified Implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a combination of simple, proven business tools and concepts that help leadership teams optimize their businesses and lives. Tyler combines EOS with his experience as an operator, family-business owner, and private investor to help teams overcome business challenges and achieve growth.

As CEO of SYNEO, a manufacturer of precision tooling and automation solutions for medical device and electronics applications, Tyler drove substantial revenue and EBITDA growth through tech-enabled manufacturing, new products, and channel diversification which culminated in SYNEO's successful sale to a middle market private equity firm in 2020.

Previous to SYNEO, Tyler spent seven years in lower middle market private equity and debt investing, executing five platform and five follow-on investments totaling over $180 million. He has served in various board capacities of 10 companies across industries including Niche Manufacturing, Medical Device, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, and Retail.

Tyler is also founder and president of Kennedy Creek Capital Partners (KCCP), a family-owned firm making passive equity investments in privately held companies. He holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Texas Christian University (2008) and earned his CFA charter in 2013. Tyler lives in Tequesta, FL with his wife and three children.
