The Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce invites you to Game Changers, a high-energy panel discussion spotlighting the impact of sports tourism on Palm Beach North. 

As our region steps onto the national stage as a premier sports destination, this conversation will explore how competition, innovation, and world-class events are driving momentum in hospitality, development, and community connection, shaping the future of Palm Beach North.

Andrew George 

TMRW Sports - SVP, Live Event Experience 
Andrew George is the Senior Vice President of Live Event Experience at TMRW Sports Group, where he is helping redefine how fans experience sports through immersive, technology-driven events. He plays a key role in TGL presented by SoFi, the groundbreaking indoor golf league airing on ESPN that blends elite competition with cutting-edge innovation. Previously, George spent over a decade with The Honda Classic, rising to become one of the youngest and most impactful leaders in PGA TOUR history, known for elevating fan experience, expanding community impact, and strengthening the event’s global profile. A respected voice in sports tourism and live entertainment, George brings a forward-thinking perspective on how innovation, destination, and sport intersect.



Mike Bauer
Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium -General Manager 
Mike Bauer is the General Manager of Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, one of the most dynamic and heavily programmed ballparks in the country. A Florida native and longtime sports executive, Bauer oversees a sprawling, year-round baseball complex that serves as the spring training home for Major League teams, their minor league affiliates, and a constant rotation of elite amateur events. Known for his ability to balance high-volume operations with exceptional fan experience, Bauer has built a reputation for turning stadiums into community destinations. Before leading Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium, he held executive roles across professional baseball and began his career with the Tampa Bay Lightning, managing large-scale guest services for championship-level sporting events and major concerts. Deeply involved in Palm Beach County, Bauer is a civic leader whose work sits at the intersection of sports, tourism, and community impact.

Ricardo represents the third generation at REG Architects, a family-owned and operated, award-winning architectural firm based in West Palm Beach. REG provides comprehensive design services for both public and private sector clients. After earning his degree from Florida Atlantic University in 2017, Ricardo built a career as a public insurance adjuster, where he gained in-depth knowledge of Florida’s complex insurance landscape and key residential and commercial construction techniques.
For the past three years, Ricardo has led REG’s business development and marketing strategy, helping to expand the firm’s reach across a diverse range of projects, including historic preservation, civic, institutional, multi-family, club, commercial, and mixed-use developments. With a legacy spanning 37 years, REG has made a lasting impact on Palm Beach County’s architectural landscape. Notable projects include the preservation of the 1916 Palm Beach County Courthouse, Sunset Lounge, Boynton Beach Cultural Arts Center, Seacoast Utility Authority Headquarters Campus, Mar-a-Lago Club, International Polo Club, and many more. 
 


This event is open to all! You do not need to be a Young Professional to attend.

Pre-registration will close at noon on May 5th.  
Event Cancellation Policy:
A notice of cancellation must be received by e-mail within 48 hours (2 business days) prior to the event. NO verbal cancellations will be accepted. Cancellations under 48 hours prior to the event, will NOT receive event credit in order to solidify attendance numbers with the event venue. All cancellation notices received BEFORE 48 hours (2 business days) prior to the event will be given an event credit of equal value. Event credits will be applied upon request and are good for up to 1 year from the purchase date. There are NO REFUNDS. 
NOTE:
Premier Events (ArtiGras Tickets / Loggerhead Triathlon Registrations) and Special Events (The Leadership Awards Dinner / Holiday Mixer / Business 2 Baseball / Golf Classic) do not qualify for an event credit upon cancellation. Contributions or gifts to the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
