Successful Business Strategies: Leveraging Opportunities During Uncertain Times
This talk will look at ways organizations can build on the present while preparing for the future. Discover ways to reflect on what is working, what can be improved, and what needs to change in order to continue delivering no matter what is on the horizon. We will look at Nonprofits First as a case study in how an organization has leveraged itself to become the industry leader in nonprofit capacity building for our community.
