The Women's Empowerment Forum Presented by PNC Bank and Palm Beach State College Please join us in recognition of National Hispanic Heritage Month at the Eissey Campus Theatre as we welcome Dr. Antonia Novello, MD.MPH.Dr.PH, the first woman and first Hispanic U.S. Surgeon General as she presents "How Women Can Achieve Success in Spite of Life's Inequities".
