Event Description This is the first series in the Florida Sterling Council's Six Sigma Green Belt training seminar.

The Florida Sterling Council is offering Six-Sigma Green Belt Training led by Barbara Cottrell. Barbara is a Six Sigma Expert Trainer with over 20 years of experience. Below are the specifications and registration form about this incredible training opportunity.

Objectives:

  1. Develop and utilize Process Management
  2. Control Plans to manage daily work
  3. Successfully plan and facilitate Rapid Process Improvement events (RPI)
  4. Successfully complete moderately complex DMAIC analysis
