Keys To Homeownership

The Town of Lake Park along with Real Estate, Education and Community Housing, Inc. will host the Keys To Homeownership program for first time home buyers. The event will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 8:30am to 2:30pm at Lake Park Elementary School (410 3rd Street, Lake Park, FL 33403). Designed to motivate the community to take the steps necessary to reach for and achieve the dream of homeownership, this event will focus on the home purchasing process. Topics will include first time homebuyer mortgages, down payment assistance programs, credit building, homeowner’s insurance, and home inspections. Attendees will also have the opportunity to speak with local realtors and bankers to get a better understanding of the role of the real estate agent and the home loan process.
