hYPe and Northwood University will co-host, How To Increase Your Power and Influence at Work, a business development luncheon at Northwood University on Thursday, September 18th. Don't miss this opportunity to network with young professionals while hearing from an esteemed panel of professionals and entrepreneurs. hYPe will welcome the following panel members:

Don't miss this opportunity to network with young professionals while hearing from an esteemed panel of professionals and entrepreneurs. hYPe will welcome the following panel members:
- Esteban Benitez is a Northwood University undergraduate and MBA graduate. At less than 30 years old, he started his own private consulting firm, Infinity Solutions of Palm Beach to help international students and entrepreneurs grow. In 2013, he was inducted into the class of Who's Who Among Students in American Universities, and he's currently the vice president of the American-Paraguayan Chamber of Commerce.
- Martha Rader is a Ph.D candidate expected to graduate May 2015. Her career success includes building and motivating strong cohesive cross-functional teams resulting in significant growth and increased human capacity and capital, change management, and shaping organizations environments that inspire highly collaborative relationships and loyalty across stakeholders.
- Dr. Tom Duncan is Northwood University's Florida campus president. "I believe in competition, human effort and the rewards and failures that human effort brings. Also, I believe in eliminating all artificial barriers to human participation in competitive enterprise so that all individuals have an equal opportunity to participate, contribute, succeed and fail."
- Dr. Cathy Bush has taught leadership and marketing classes in the MBA program at Northwood University since 2011 and recently served as the Academic Dean of the DeVos Graduate School of Management. Since 2011, she now served as the lead faculty of the West Palm Beach campus MBA program.
